How your complaint is handled
- 1. Submit — use the form below, the “Report” option on any story, or email the Grievance Officer.
- 2. Acknowledgement within 24 hours — you receive a confirmation with a complaint reference.
- 3. Review — our editorial team verifies the story, its sources and the writer.
- 4. Resolution within 15 days — the story is corrected, removed or the complaint is closed with reasons, as required by Rule 3(2) of the IT Rules 2021. Content that is unlawful under Rule 3(1)(d) is removed within 36 hours of a valid order.
